This indoor and outdoor hybrid program is intense! dbs, bench or box, timer, jump rope, therapy ball, resistance bands are needed! This program is designed for the individual looking whose been in the gym training 4-6 days a week. You must be able to perform compound movements like squats and lunges as well as plyometric. Resistance bands and dumbbells can be swamped out based on your ability to perform and your preference.
