Meet Francisco Lovato

My name is Francisco Lovato and I have been with Dynamic Fitness for 5 years. I am an OCB Competitor and I make it my mission to make living a healthy lifestyle a priority. Prior to being a trainer, I was active duty Navy for 10 years. Here at Dynamic Fitness we are taking the guess work out of training. We are here to help you reach your goals not only in the gym, but in all aspects of life!

Meet Derek Makimaa

I am a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach with Dynamic Fitness. I graduated from Salem State University in Massachusetts with my B.S. in Science – Sport & Movement Science. I am a former athlete who has played men's ice hockey at the collegiate and pro level. By enduring injuries, being around numerous strength & conditioning coaches, and having multi-sport experiences, I have absorbed the importance of proper strength and conditioning for long-term durability and health. Through these experiences, I have discovered a strong desire to study and enter the health sciences field. 

I take an “every human is an athlete” approach to training. Understanding the study of the human body as a machine for the performance of work through sport has pushed me to specialize in mobility and flexibility in addition to strength & conditioning. While studying at Salem State University I was a part of the Massachusetts Undergraduate Research Conference (MassURC) where our team presented on “The Effects of Low-Level Laser Therapy on Exercise-Induced Muscle Damage.” I want to incorporate this knowledge to help others achieve their peak performance goals!

Meet Mark Thibault

My name is Mark Thibault and fitness is a major part of my life. From sports to working out, to holding a career as a full time firefighter, I am constantly challenging myself to be ready for whatever I may be faced with. If I’m not working or in the gym you can usually find me out on the golf course, in the water surfing, stand up paddle boarding, biking or hanging pool side with friends and family. I like to incorporate a mix of weight training, high intensity cardio and all around functional movements. My goal is to make a positive impact and a difference in each of my client's lives. I will strive to help each individual reach their fitness goals through effective workouts and by challenging them to push past their comfort zones. My hope is to build great relationships and have some fun along the way to the new you!

Meet Matt Calhoun

I found my passion for training early. This led me to earn my personal training certification through the NASM so that I can help others reach their health goals. I was an athlete growing up and when life would get tough I would put all my passion and energy into fitness because it was the one thing I could control. I learned that being fit not only improved my body, but it improved my mind, attitude, and mood. I enjoy helping other people reach their fitness goals in addition to teaching them how this can carry over into other aspects of their lives. My passion for fitness came from seeing my life challenges get easier to take on when I took care of myself inside and out. I want to help others take their lives back and be ready for anything!

Meet Hillary Pollard

My name is Hillary Pollard and I have an extreme passion for helping others. I’m a fire fighter with the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue department, and every day on shift, I am extremely grateful to be able to serve and assist the citizens of our community. Not only do I love assisting and saving people in emergency situations, but I love helping others along their health and fitness journeys. I grew up playing sports so naturally I ended up working in the fitness industry. I have made fitness my lifestyle! Over the years, seeing clients smile after recognizing the progress they have made is the exact reason I love personal training. Being the guide and helping hand for someone to gain their confidence back and be able to feel comfortable in their own skin is what makes it worth it for me. Meet Armando Aman

My name is Armando Aman and I am an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder. I have over fifteen years of experience in weight training, nutrition and meal planning. Throughout the years I have had the pleasure to train and coach clients looking to compete in the fitness industry, to lose weight, to build muscle or just to tone up and be healthy. I have a strong passion for fitness and I love to share my knowledge and experience with others to help them gain a better quality of life both mentally and physically.

Meet Joe Lewis

I grew up with an athletic background and was always active playing sports. This naturally transitioned into bodybuilding. Yes, lifting weights and pushing sleds was fun, but this is where nutrition came into play. I learned the importance of eating to fuel your body and chose to become a NESTA certified PFT, and eventually earned the title as Fitness Director. I want to help others reach their health goals and change their lifestyles.
